About the Winery

Waterbrook's 75-acre winery site offers a new state-of-the-art winemaking facility built in 2008. With the capacity to handle all winemaking desires and hold 10,000 barrels for aging, Waterbrook is designed to produce the best. Adjacent to the winery is a new 5,000 square foot Visitors Center focused on wine tasting and consumer education.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes:

• 60+ tanks (ranging from 1,000 - 30,000 gallons)
• New bottling line (100+ bottles per minute)
• State-of-the-art Crush/Bottling/Warehouse capabilities
